I''d give the service department 5 stars. The truck was taken in earlier than scheduled, and the service techs discovered the problem and subsequent problem caused by the failure of the alternator. I was given a lower price option for parts and offered a coupon as additional price relief. The service manager was in constant contact with the service status. The truck was completed earlier than planned. Great job!

Nothing but praise for Tri-State Toyota Scion. From the time we walked in the doors of the dealership to walking out and getting in the vehicle, we were treated with the utmost professionalism and very knowledgeable staff. We love this vehicle and would definitely go there again to buy another vehicle. Very pleased. Five stars!! Excellent !

With the hectic lifestyles we all lead today, it is nice to have a dealership who cares about it's customer. We purchased our new 2013 Prius Plug-in from Herb Chambers Toyota in Auburn,Mass. But after my wife was lied to so many times by Heb Chambers service manager and talked to so rude we decided to switch to Tri-State Toyota. All of our services at Tri-State Toyota have been completed with "Our Best Interest" in mind. At Tri-State it is IN-AND-OUT and you know they care about customer service. I'll let you guess what dealership we will purchase our next new car from.

Everthing was great except the turning of the rear brake drums did nothing for the vibration, and thus was a waste of my money. Perhaps the roundness of the drums should have been checked before deciding they needed to be turned.
