While the salesman Mark was very nice it was obvious I was not a priority. He is clearly a busy guy so I can't fault him. My sale is pretty small potatoes compared to what he's got going on. The service department dropped the ball causing me to make an unnecessary 1 1/2 hour trip to the dealership and then I had to wait around to complete paperwork when I was really in a rush. When the parts finally arrived they took extra days to complete the project so I had to wait an entire extra week to take delivery. The person who answers the phone is not very helpful although she is very nice. I probably wouldn't go back. I wasn't going to write any review but I have received a couple phone calls asking how my experience was. I think if you can't say anything nice than don't say anything. I am delighted with my Jeep, it runs great however the tires are mostly bald so I have to get new tires pretty soon. I definitely can't make it through Winter on these. I wanted to replace them with bigger tires anyway so it's not a really big deal, but still, I didn't think that was cool. The delivery guys are the best, they truly rock. Overall, I feel like it's an honest dealership but service is not their superpower. I won';t write any other reviews, I understand things get crazy and overlooked, but you asked, here is the truth. Please don't follow up. I love my Jeep and am not going to say anything bad about the dealership.

Delivery of the vehicle was delayed 2 days, not all parts were put back on my car when I arrived to pick it up, I noticed and advised of the issue, they were not aware that they did not do this correctly and were going to allow me to take my vehicle this way and the discouont coupon that I called to advise I had was not deducted from my bill at the time of pick up, causing me to have to wait to make payment and leave while they determined how they were going to make the adjustment.

The repair didn't work. People were nice, but I could have a broken car for free, I did before, I do now, and I'm $120 poorer for the experience.
