I was impressed with the new look and the Team in Dudley. I was having a problem with my brakes and drove to Dudley to see if I really had a problem. When I arrived I was treated like I was the only customer they had ever worked with. I was greeted by the Cashier who introduced me to the Service Manger who addressed my concerns and I was taken for a ride in my car so I could explain what I perceived was the problem. The gentleman who drove me was very informative and explained what my problem was, I needed new brakes and said he could take care of it by tomorrow if I wanted to leave it. I was offered a car to take home until the next day when I went back with my husband to pick up my car. I was so impressed on how I was treated that I wanted him to meet the Team. The Service Department Manager informed him that they service Jeeps and he set up an appointment that day to have them winterize his Jeep for the winter. I was very satisfied with way the whole process went and will tell my friends where they should go if they are looking for the best service I have ever experienced.
