Tri-State was very friendly from the first moment I called until the moment I drove away a completely satisfied customer. Andrew was fantastic at listening to what I wanted and needed and was exceptional at making sure the things we discussed got done promptly and correctly. He was in constant contact in regards to my vehicle with updates and best part? No surprises!!! The bill was actually cheaper than what I was quoted! A lot of other dealerships should take note from Tri-State Toyota and how to take care of their customers as well as I was taken care of. I will be bringing my vehicle back to them for everything and I don't even own a Toyota!! P.S....to the dealer skeptics out there, there is a good reason for the skepticism and hesitancy, but bring your car/vehicle to Tri-State Toyota and I assure you that they will be able to change that mind set about dealerships, all it takes is a simple phone call or walk in, that's all I did!!

The purchase went well...as has for several years...the only thing that bothered me was a bill I received in a few days for 290+ dollars for some slight scratches on the front bumper and some clips that needed to be replaced on the right fender...after doing business for over 20 years at Tri-State one would think that keeping a customer would be worth the few hundred dollars and overlook the charge instead of trying to get every possible cent out of a faithfull customer that will possibly send me looking somewhere else next time the lease is due...

Didn't reset my clock & didn't put floor mat back where it belongs ( I'm being picky!) Also could have giving me a loaner. Other than that good service! Nice people!
