Our salesman, Ryan, did a great job. The finance manager...that was another story. We had an appointment with him. He kept us waiting 45 minutes. When we told him we had an appointment with him, his only response was, "Yeah, so?" We didn't view that as anyway to treat a potential customer. The man was rude and obnoxious, the worse thing...he never once offered any type of apology. Nothing! If this dealership is like this with a customer buying a new vehicle...we can't wait to see how our experience will be with the service department. I'm surprised and disappointed that the owner of the dealership didn't contact us.
