I brought my car for an oil change, interacted with the assistant manager who was very nice, my car took some time before
it was finished, I asked one of the guys at the desk if they could check to see the delay, and he went, came back and informed
me that my car wouldn't be ready for another 20 minutes, I asked him why? He claimed that he had spoken to me before on the phone and informed me that it would last for 45 minutes. I told him that I arrived at the store at 2.37 and its 3.45 right now. He insisted that I arrived at 3.07. Which was a lie. I told him that it was not the truth and he kept insisting, until I saw my car come out of the shop and he immediately apologized saying that my car was identical to the other one. I felt he was very unprofessional and rude. After two days of having a tire rotation and pressure checked, my pressure signal was on in my car, and I had to go pay again for my tire pressures. Am a customer who was not satisfied with the services I received.
