the greater was very pleasant to deal with and the person behind the desk was also very helpful and described what was being done to the car for a factory recall. The whole experience was A+++ no problems, the waiting room was clean. The experience was all around good.

My service was performed in a timely manner despite the fact that my appointment actually was not on the official schedule due to a computer glitch. All of the technicians were pleasant and professional. The technician handling my service (Rick Stoddard) kept me informed on time remaining, amenities available, and offered an extended service option as the car was being checked. The waiting area was clean and I did not mind waiting there for my car. I was happy overall with my experience.

This dealership was very accommodating. I had a challenging situation but they were committed to helping me leave with a vehicle that I would enjoy, even if wasn't my first choice. There was no pressure, no rushing and they took the time to answer questions thoroughly. I was happy to be approved by my finance company for this location because I had a favorable experience.

Overall I am happy with my experience. I have not yet received my owners manual. I was told that the former owner has it and the sales person told me he would get it for me. It has been 2 weeks.
