Recall work was performed at no charge, although I had to return on a second day to complete the recall work AFTER they already had the car for an entire day! It was not made clear that ALL that the work would not be completed on that first day. I would have appreciated them telling me that when I picked up the car after the whole day! . They called me the next morning to say "the parts are in" and could you schedule an appointment to install the rest of the recall!! I was confused? What? NOT good communication. Also, they tried to offer me some other work to be done ( deluxe detailing for $100 "as long as the car was there for the whole day " such a deal! ). That really irritated me! Sell sell sell!!!
The staff all around is WAY too hyper, intense and "performance driven" for me! Although I appreciate they want to give what they perceive as "good customer service", you can just feel the tension in the air. The "cheerful cheeriness and helpfulness" doesn't feel at all genuine - the whole atmosphere is so fake! I couldn't wait to get out of the "perfectly perfect" waiting area! The complimentary coffee, flat screen high def TV and fake fireplace crisply crackling does not lure me to return for regularly scheduled maintenance! To me it's about the genuine caring and TRUST one builds with their mechanic; I just feel like they are working under some kind of threat and they need to "perform and sell" or be beaten!! Thank heavens I had a very nice visit with another person also waiting for their vehicle! Who, by the way, was there AGAIN for something to be done because it wasn't right the first time !! In viewing the interaction between this patron and a staffperson obviously sent to do the "dirty work" I saw " pass-the-buck", "again, let me apologize Sir" ! So insincere! What a turn off!!
My husband and I have purchased at least 4 or 5 Toyotas from Tri-State and have been satisfied with the car sales staff, although we've never seen the same person twice (not surprising! who can stand the pressure!!) we will never, unless forced by recalls requiring a registered Toyota dealership, use their maintenance services! I just don't trust them.

Tri-State Toyota is by far the Best Dealer I have ever purchased a car from. This is the fourth car I have purchased there. I have purchased many cars in the last 45 years But Tri State Toyota is the Best. Everyone in Sales always put me at ease and did their best to make the process fast & informative. Financing only took a few minutes & I was on my way with my new car. A Blue Crush Metallic Rav4 PERFECT!!!

My car was side-swiped in the parking lot of my place of employment. I lost the cover of the driver's side mirror and worried that the rain and snow might affect the electrical system adversely. (It also looked terrible.) I went there to have the piece replaced. They gave me a convenient appointment, did the work competently and efficiently, and gave me a free alignment. I was very satisfied.
