Used the on-line scheduling for the first time. Everything went smoothly. Only thing, which I'm not sure you can anything about, the service entry area was completely full. So, not as convenient. Either everyone came at once or not enough staff to process cars at that time (10:00 a.m.). Service staff was customer friendly.
The wait was reasonable in the comfortable setting of the waiting room. Coffee was good. Receptionist was friendly. Bathroom was very clean...thanks! Had the opportunity to look at several new editions of Lexus, so the waiting is a good marketing tool for you.
Too cold to wash the car. Maybe that should be done immediately upon arrival (rather than after) before taken to the garage work area for service. Got a rain check, but to be honest, never have the opportunity to use it (we're from Chariton, IA).
