Dealership personnel are warm and friendly, professional and attentive- especially William Finn. He makes sure to explain fully and always keeps me apprised of the time frame of the service. He respects that I'm taking time from my office and goes out of his way to offer me a loaner (or a ride) if the service will take an unexpected amount of time.
I usually can't say in these surveys that I feel like a valued customer, but I do at YBH and by Bill Finn.
