Alan, as usual, was congenial and great to work with. It was a shame that delivery was delayed, but it worked out fine in the end.
The car is fun to drive and you've got to love that new car feeling, especially the one you get from owning a TT.

EXCELLENT SERVICE

Service was great -only complaint is that I was given a loaner car with no gas- The gas light turned on almost as soon as I left the dealership. I mentioned it to the service people and they said sorry. Hopefully it doesn't happen again because it was very frustrating especially since I had offered to wait at the dealership

Customer Service technician was attentive and well-informed. Reviewed my records with me and was pro-active and followed through on my requests. Excellent service. MKK

Bob was so helpful and pleasant throughout the entire process. He was able to accommodate me with a loaner, which was very nice. I was expecting a base model and was blown away by the Passat.

When my lease is up, I will be returning to YBH for my next vehicle - no doubt!

Great service as always. They are more friends then a service department!

Everything was very good. The only problem was that they called the wrong number (different than the number I provided at write up) to let me know the car was ready so I never got a call. I called and they said that if I didn't get a call the car wasn't ready yet. Turns out the car was ready hours earlier.

My service engine light came on and off intermittently and I called the service center and the service center did a full diagnostic on it and found out that my intake manifold had a problem with it. They described the details of the problem and were able to fix the problem for free under the warranty. They were upfront with what the costs could be just for examining it at first if it was something that wasn't under the warranty and asked me if that was okay with me before starting work on the car. They were very helpful with expedient service.

This service center was supreme. There was a different VW Service Center that I went to in Warrington (Thompson) and Thompson seemed to be doing more work than necessary and overcharging for everything. Thompson was not upfront with costs of service and could not really explain their charges.

YBH has restored my faith in VW Dealership Service Centers. If you have a bad experience somewhere, I recommend coming to YBH for service.
