Mechanic Q: my 2001 chrysler sebring convertible limeted 2.7 wont start?

i was driveing on the high way car lost power then the oil light started flashing i pulled over and it cut completely off then wouldnt trun over i replaced the starter the battery and the starter relay it clicks over but wont start i jumped it and it sounded like it was gonna start but nuthing and i smelled a burning smell

how do you turn the engine over by hand..ive replaced the battery starter starter relay fuse still nothing
