Mechanic Q: Engine code P030?

I pulled two engine code. P030 and P300. I know what the P300 is, but I have never seen a two digit code.

Mechanic Q: Defrost only?

I have plenty of heat coming out of defrost ducts, but I can't select floor, or vent ducts.

Q: Defrost Only?

I have plenty of heat coming out of the defrost duct but I can't get any out of the floor duct or vent ducts.
