Mechanic Q: Turn signal volume?

I cannot hear the turn/flasher signal when I have the climate control fan or radio on. GM says there is no soultion.

Q: Turn Signal Volume?

The turn signal cannot be heard if the climate control fan is or the radio is turned on. GM doesn't seem to have a solution. Any help out there? Dewey
