Mechanic Q: What would cause my car to intermittenly lock the doors??

Every so often when I exit my vehicle and leave the keys in the car the doors lock by themselves.

What should the air temp. be coming out of the dash vents?

The outside remote control switch does not work. Where is the fuse for it located, and which one is it? Also if not the fuse is there anything else it could be?
