Mechanic Q: My Montana is over heating!!?

When im going down the road the temp is fine but when I stop at a red light the temp will start to go up! I can not let it run no more then 5mins max before its on the red! My husband has changed the thermostat 2 times now and flushed it 3 times. we put 50/50 DEX-COOL in it and kept letting the air out. next thing we were going to do is put a new Radiator in it, we also replaced the water pump last year.
