Mechanic Q: What's wrong with my axel??

My axel pops on gravel roads and when turning. It keeps getting worse.

Mechanic Q: What is the main problem for shredding universal belt??

This is the second belt i've had to replace within two months. I don't understand why it keeps shredding.
