Mechanic Q: Noise from engine or bottom.?

43,000 miles/ cracking sound occurrence and replace fuel pump,valve. That sound stop. Another sound occurred form bottom and loss power. It seems like very thick and dead sound. Replace catalystic converter. Nothing change. That thick engine sound more increase. What happen my car?
