Friendly and helpful customer service reps and interaction with the technician made this visit great. The wireless was
working too which alllowed to work while waiting. Getting my loaner later was quick and easy. My previous review
outlined a poor experience but i am happy to say that this last visit was 180 degrees different. Thanks!!
