Mechanic Q: Need to replace heater/ac control panel?

Hi! Again, I want to express deep appreciation for all of your advice in the past. Today, I have a new issue. The slider that controls the heater/ac temperature has broken off and the whole panel needs to be replaced. I am having trouble finding the exact part for the Chrysler locally, but understand that other Chrysler Company minivans use the identical part. What other Chrysler made minivans (Dodge, etc.) use this same part? My minivan is a 2000 Chrysler Voyager SE. Thank you for your help.

Mechanic Q: Transmission "shudders" when shifting from first to second?

Hi! Thanks again for all your help in the past. The transmission in my 2000 Chrysler Voyager was supposedly rebuilt. Now when it shifts from first to second it "shudders". Is this normal? If not, what needs to be done? I have already returned it with that problem. It was returned supposedly fixed, but it still shudders. This action does not usually become prominent until after the car has been driven for a while and warmed up.

Hi, Elizabeth! Thank you for your response. I had a suspicion that the ATF was not the right one. I had checked to see if my problem was being caused by low fluid and was surprised to see that the fluid was almost clear lacking the usual red tint. Does this sound right for the transmission in my van?
