Mechanic Q: Sluggish and shaky?

Feels Like>> Vehicle is sluggish>> When I need passing power and press the accelerator to the floor>> Yes>> Shaking while driving in reverse and forwards at low rpms. feels like a miss when i need press the gas for passing power. no check engine light.
