I went in for an oil change and filter. The service was good but a bit slow, I was there for an hour for something that should have taken fifteen minutes. I then received a phone call from Lexington Toyota asking me how the service experience was. A day or two later, I received another call from Toyota somewhere in Florida, again asking how the service was. Now I get an e-mail leading me to this site where you are still asking me how my oil change experience went.
One follow-up call is fine, but two calls and an e-mail is too much! It's good that you're asking your customers how their service experiences went but three separate inquiries, one of which from out of state, becomes annoying.
