air compressor stubborn but working, front engaged okay, rear flat like it's not getting the message to engage

Q: can rear air bags be manually filled?

truck does need rotors and brakes can this affect air ride

Q: why would rear air bags be flat when compressor is working and front air is up?

someone mentioned height sensor, leveling valve
