Mechanic Q: I have a droning sound ?

I hear a droning sound at about 27 - 30 mph and 47 - 50 mph. It appears to be coming from the front end. The dealer says this is normal. Another garage said it could be front wheel bearings but would have to explore it.

I have 37, 250 miles on my Nissan. Of late it seems to be a little sluggish. I use a K&N air filter. My Nissan is a 4X4.

Thanks As for the k&n filter I've been running these for 12 years both in my vehicles and cycles. Thnaks though for the thought. Also, I couldn't find any data in my manual as to when to change plugs. the dealer told me this are life time plugs, which I don't believe they are.
