Mechanic Q: over heats?

my car just started over heating iv replaced the water pump head gasket thermostat and the fans kick on but it still over heats both hoses feel the same iv replaced my fan switch relay and temp sensor iv heard thers a second one but idk what going on and its going to start getting hot outside iv got to fig this out iv also got new hoses i rebuilt the motor almost a year ago and i cant let all this money go to waste
