Q: I took it to Jiffy Lube for an oil change, and they said I need a radiator flush and engine flush--r?

I took it to Jiffy Lube for an oil change, and they said I need a radiator flush and engine flush--recommended by Dodge. They also said the radiator was empty, but there was no light on the dashboard lit up to notify me. Can this be correct-do I really need to flush the radiator and engine? A little less than a year ago I had a redone transmission put in by Aamco.
