Q: 2000 LS1 very low and engine stop?

The car has stall a couple times seemingly because of it. Occurred most recently while pulling out of a parking space. The idle is pretty rough too, even after new plugs. I fear it shutting off when idling on freeway, something I do a good dael of. Please help.
