Mechanic Q: cold starts?

this truck bakefires jumps and kicks like a ram until it grts to about 200 deg. anybody know. ive done what i know.

please help. new plugs cap,rotor. had put on ecm. com. nothing on sensors. still backfiresand jumps in morning. clears out about 15 min. of driving. ANY ideas.
