Mechanic Q: 98 ram a/c not blowing cold?

I have a 98 dodge ram that is full of freon and the a/c clutch kicks on and off but the a/c isnt working. Is this something i can fix on my own and get it recharged?

I have a 1990 lx 5.0 mustang and when im am going down the road in whatever gear when i push on the gas it just revs up and barely moves. then theres a burning smell. or if i try to pass someone and put it in 4th it does it. Or if i take off from a red light and get on it . theres just no power. Now sometimes it does it and sometimes it dont. Is it the clutch?

I have a 1990 mustang 5.0. When im going down the road at whatever speed the radio shuts off and i have no power to the pedal, so im coasting but i can hear the intake sucking in air as i push on the gas. after a couple of seconds of coasting it kicks back on and i continue on my way. My a/c also quick working. Its full of freon and the compressor works but no cold air. I read theres a relay that controls the a/c and the fuel pump. I dont know if this could be the problem.
