The did a good job. They were courteous. They told me there was a warrantee issue that they could take care of. They
washed the car before it was returned. So if they wanted a great review they need to do the following: 1. I brought
the car in on a Friday and they said it would be done by Sat morning. They called Friday and said the warrantee part
wouldn't be in until noon on Sat and the technician working on the car wasn't going to be there so the car wouldn't be
done until Monday at noon. It didn't matter to us this time, but what if we needed our car on Saturday as promised? 2.
I had to buy a battery on a Sunday when traveling so I couldn't use an Infiniti dealer. When I asked for money they
said I needed the battery which of course i didn't have. They said they couldn't help me but would give me an 800
number to call Infiniti. A top notch operation would give me my money and handle Infiniti on their own. Why make me do
it? I didn't just buy a battery for no reason.
