Mechanic Q: What would cause the radiator to leak around top of it. ?

This is the fourth one I have bought and it lasted about two months They start leaking around the weld seam on top.It has a new pressure cap and waterpump.The van stays in the normal zone on the temp. gauge and don't run hot.Has anyone had this happen or know any thing about it or am I just the Lucky One to get the only one in the world. ?????? Thanks
