A: What would make it seize up??

Hi I replaced the timing belt but all 3 sprockets were stuck and would not move at all. and the engine won't turn at all

I just replaced the timing belt and the engine won't turn over. Is the timing off or could something else keep the engine from turning?

It was the timing belt. Missing sections of teeth! Thanks for your help
