Q: very rough idiling at stop light or when idiling?

My kia idiles rough at stop lights. It's ok when driving. I changed the ignition coils and wires but the problem still exists. I took it too a PT in homestead,fl. He said that it's just the way they made those cars. Which I find hard too believe.. need help
