Mechanic Q: I gave my car to mechanic he told me that it will cost $700?

I gave my car to mechanic he told me that it will cost $700 to get the motor after i gave him $900 he was nowhere to be see them , I had to get somebody to call him, when this person called him he said I owe $900 please help

Yes, its half helpful, the problem here is that he told me that the motor was going to cost $700 but I gave him $900 I asked before you start working on the car I need to know what parts are needed he told ma all I need is a motor and he will find a used one, i told him that if this car is going to cost alot I will just talk it and sell it to a junk yard but he said no I will fix, He did not what to give me an agreement, He used me because he works for Auto Zone that where I gave him all the cash. It seem he does not what the job to know what he has done to me , am thing of law suit for the Auto Zone.
