Mechanic Q: Sluggish performance?

Feels Like>> Vehicle is sluggish>> When I need passing power and press the accelerator to the floor>> Yes>> I definitely notice a difference from when I first bought the car. gears arent very reposinsive unless they 4000+ RPMs. Passing power significantly decreased on the highway
