Mechanic Q: Power windows and door locks?

My power windows and door locks keeps going out. I pull the fuse out, then put it back in and it works for about a day or so. Can you tell me what's wrong? Also, is there a diagram that shows which fuse (amp) should be used for each area in fuse box?
