Question: 01 dodge neon problems need help

My 01 dodge neon starting acting strange first it would no accelerate past 70 km then 50 km then 30 km now 10 km foloored it sputters and stalls as soon as I take my foot off the gas. Not sure what is causing this tried fuel injector cleaner checked plugs new battery none seems to work. Any idea of problem

Sounds like a possible fuel restriction. Start with a fuel pressure test. and/or a fuel filter. If it is low, your pump may be failing.

Could an o2 sensor cause this I am getting a po141 code?

That code is for the heater circuit of the O2 sensor. Basically it takes longer for the o2 to start working. You probably wouldn't notice any performance issues from it.

Ok so today code p0171 came up so is that going to be my o2 rear sensor or my fuel pump parts prices very different. So I am stumped? Any suggestions?
