Question: 1197 nissan maxima will not turn over, why

have a 1997 nissan maxima that will not start. Battery is new, starter is new, ignition switch is new, when i turn the key it will not even turn over just makes a clicking sound at the fuse panel by drivers knee, there are three identical blue large fuse's that you can feel get a jolt when trying to start and the digital clock on dash goes dim. headlights work, radio works, ac blower comes on, interior lights work but nothing happens when try to start. I'm at a loss. engine codes came back with P0400, P0500, P0325, and P1105
