Question: 1977 Silverado 10 Brake back pressure

The truck has been sitting for a couple years. The front passenger Brake Caliper Piston was seized. New Caliper put in, now the Caliper Piston does not retract. Where is a common problem for back pressure issues on this truck? Pressure Differential Valve? Master Cylinder? Or is there another problem area in this brake system? Thank you for your help.
