Question: 1991 toyota 4wd extended cab v6 five speed.

Everytime I started my truck it would make a loud rattling noise. An when I got over 2000 rpm it made the noise to. I was driving it yesterday and it made a loud rattling an clanging noise an died an want start back. I noticed today it's leaking oil an a clear looking oil that's smells funny. Not like motor oil. Can u help me. I recently had a clutch put in an the four wheel drive shifter had popped off an I couldn't get it out of four wd. I figured out what happened inside the truck I had to take apart the console an shifter it had come loose. It's out of 4wd now.

Sounds like something broke and maybe took out another component. The fluid could be clutch hydraulic maybe?

Hard to say for sure. Take it in for a diagnoses.
