Question: 2000 Hyundai elantra fuel pump

My fuel pump doesn't seem to kick on. Car ran fine, stalled and won't start now. It does turn over but no start. Replaced relay and same problem. Took out pump and ran constant 12v to pump. It does work.

What pressure does it put out. Just because it spins does not mean it's good. Also moving the pump around could have freed it up. I would put a new pump in and recheck. Or put that one back in. Check for 12 volts at the fuel pump connector while cranking.
