Question: 2004 Cadillac Escalade ESV
Help, my car is possessed!
Loaded the family in the car this morning to head to church, started the vehicle and the door locks went crazy... repeatedly locking and unlocking. The passenger window went down on its own, I couldnt return it up to the closed position from the drivers side control, however I was able to close it using the passenger side control. The drivers side window then went down on it's own. I had to shut the engine off and restart to get that window back up.
The driver information systems and all instrument gauges flat-lined, and failed to register anything. When the driver information system came back up, it seemed to reset itself, chiming approximately ever 15 - 20 seconds, stating the Drivers Door was adjar.
Driver's seat heater came on, could not turn off.
A/C blew cool then hot.
I dont have a clue as to what is the cause, but need this daily driver fixed and am hoping it's not a monumental task or financial burden.
Suggestions?
