Sounds like the blend door is stuck.

It is located under the dash board and usually are difficult to get to. Yours is probably controlled by electronic actuator that is operated by the computer. The actuator is usually the part that fails. It's about a $50 part, but the labor can be fairly expensive depending on which one has failed and how much of the dash has to be disassembled to access it.

Thanks for getting back to me. It looks like the AC cools not as it should when its in the 80's but once it is in the 90's it runs hot unless you are a highway. But the minute you stop no air.
Would this still be actuator?

Check your cooling fan operation. Or if you have a second fan for AC operation, make sure it turns on when the AC is on.Sounds more like an air flow issue across the condenser (in front of the radiator). Also make sure there aren't a million bugs stuck in the condenser as that can restrict flow as well. You could spay water through it from the engine side (with a cold engine and not running)

The actuator usually either works or doesn't. Or fails when it electrically warms up. Vehicle speed shouldn't effect it's operation.

Thanks for your advice. I took the car to a shop and they told me I had too many things on the floor behind the passage seat. The air wasn't venting and circulating right. After that the AC was blowing at 60 degrees. Go figure. I'm glad that the AC is working because I had to have it replaced 2 years ago. Thanks for your help.
