Question: 2012 Ford Fiesta making a grinding noise when accelerating...

My 2012 Ford Fiesta has less than 250 miles on it, and I have had it for less than a week. Yesterday I noticed that there was a grinding sound coming from the driver side, front tire area when I accelerated. It doesn't happen all the time, and if I SLOWLY accelerate it usually wont happen. Any suggestions on what this might be or if it is a sound the car is making to wear in brake pads or something?

Sounds like you need to take it in for a warranty inspection.

Could be an issue with the brakes, maybe a heat shield dragging etc.

Have it checked out.
