Question: 2013 Subaru Forester - cost of required maintenance

I've seen the cost-of-ownership maintenance prices, but here's my question: If I took my car to a local mechanic in Bend, Oregon, would the required maintenance for this car (whatever is required to avoid voiding the warranty) really cost me around $800 over the 42-month period of my lease? (I don't plan to drive it more than 12,000 miles a year). Thanks in advance for your answer.
