Question: #3 cylinder plug shot out of head

replaced the plug with dorman repair head cylinder kit.still miss fired changed coil twice and spark plug twice still miss fires.read somewhere it could be my fuel injector. help me please

Sounds like you should do a compression test to determine if the new threads are sound. And here's an article on diagnosing misfires:
