Question: 97 Blazer wont start

I have a 1997 Chevy blazer with 94888 miles on it and last week while driving down a hill it stalled and wouldn't start up after a couple of attempts it started but shook fiercely when accelerated and then stalled about a 1/2 mile reaching no more than 15 mph it won't start but it cranks and there is sparks coming thru the distributor to the wires and the fuel pump is engaging but every crank I do the battery drains I wish to here back with your opinion thank you

Make sure it's turning over fast enough. Replace or charge the battery etc.

Check the engine computer for any stored fault codes after cranking for a while. You may have a failed critical sensor.

Check for operation of the fuel pump and injectors. Sounds like you've already checked spark.
