Question: 98 dodge caravan 3.0 help please

I took my 98 dodge grand caravan to the shop due to a lack of power, it just doesn't seem to want to go especially up hills. Also it occasionally dies especially when going in reverse and when stopping. The mechanic after changing plugs said it was the catalytic converter, but after fixing the the cat i still have power issues. I checked the trouble codes myself not with a scanner and came back with 11 37 66. Thank you

The codes should be a five digit alpha numeric code. Something like P0171 or P0300. Recheck the codes and list them here. That may give us some help in figuring out what is going on with your vehicle.
