Question: a/c goes from gold to normal

I have a 2002 nissan Altima and the a/c comes out realy cold but it started doing this thing that cold air would stop coming out and normal temp. air would start coming out and maybe after a while it would go back to realy cold air again and it would do the same thing over and sometimes cold air would not come back for long time and when the cold air would change to normal temp. air you can feel something change or disengage.

I thought it was the control panel so I changed it and still the same thing. I also checked the a/c 10 amp. Fuses under the dash and they were good and I felt the under hood a/c relay to see it maybe I would feel them over heating but did not feel diferent from the other relays. a/c relay I didn’t replace. Any feedback will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
