Question: A/C LIGHT FLASHES AND AIR WARMS AFTERN A FEW MINUTES OF DRIVING AND COLD AIR.

I JUST REPLACED MY AC COMPREESOR, AND RECHRGED THE FREON LOOP. NOW WHEN U TURN THE AC ON IT RUNS GOOD AND COLD FOR A FEW MINUTES BUT THEN THE AC LIGHT ON THE ACTUAL AC KNOB STARTS FLASHING AND THE AIR TURNS ROOM TEMP OR WARM. I DONT KNOW WHATS WRONG.

That usually occurs when the pressure is too low (not enough freon) and the compressor shuts itself off. Are your pressures correct? Did you recharge with gauges? Here is a link to some info on a/c troubleshooting:

Why did you replace the compressor? It's standard procedure to replace the receiver-dryer, TXV and flushing the lines/replacing freon and PAG oil when replacing the compressor... it's common for a seized compressor to leave material in the system that could break it again.
