Question: accelerator is sticking

I want to sell my car but I'm noticing my acceleratorr sticking. Is this going to be an expensive problem to fix! I live in a ski resort town and want to sell before the weather turns cold. It is mostly a garage car. The brakes also squeak when applied.....

There are several ball and socket joints that need to be lubed in your accelerator linkage. Ideally, there is a special Bosch grease for this, but in a pinch you could get away with white lithium grease.

Brakes squeak for many different reasons. It would be wise to have them inspected, nobody wants a calamity on a test drive.
