Question: AC/Heater blower

My blower will not shut off even when I turn the car off and remove the key. The only way I can get it to turn off is disconnect the battery cable. Also, I can't adjust the airflow either. It's stuck on 1 setting.

Probably an issue with the HVAC control unit... hard to say for sure. You'll probably need to have this professionally diagnosed.
