Question: air conditioner

My air conditioner only blow on 2 and 3 what is wrong and what parts are needed my neighbor has a 05 and got a recall on his blower is their a recall coming on the 06 air conditioner blowers

No recall that I know of. I'd suspect the resistor pack is bad. It's $50 r so part and takes about 15 minutes to put in. Without seeing the vehicle, that would be my guess, but you should have someone look at it to be sure.
