Question: Air stopped blowing out the dash vents and loud vibrating noise in dash

I have recently replaced the blower motor and the vacuum lines and everything was working well. Then today I was going down the highway and a loud vibrating/clicking noise started coming from inside the dash and the air started blowing out the defrost vents. When I slow down to under 40 mph it stops making the noise but the air still only blows out the defrost vents.

Sounds like a problem with blend door actuators or maybe the blower motor again. You'll probably have to dig in there and check it out.
